The Meteorological Department has warned about rain and flash floods in 33 provinces of the country

The Afghanistan Meteorological Department has predicted the possibility of snowfall, rain and relatively strong winds with flash floods in 33 provinces of the country on Friday and Saturday (10th and 11th of Hamal).
