The Ministry of Migrants and Returnees has announced that 18 people have died and two others have been injured following the flood last night (Saturday) in Faryab province.
The ministry said in a newsletter that the floods occurred in Pashtankot, Elmar, Qaisar, Belcheragh, Khyber and Daulatabad districts
