Director of UNAMA has traveled to Kandahar to talk to people about alternative drug cultivation
The press office of the Kandahar provincial government has announced that the United Nations Deputy Office or UNAMA has visited Kandahar to talk with the people about the alternative cultivation of narcotics.
In her meeting with the deputy governor of Kandahar, Mrs. Otunbayeva said that the United Nations had provided aid to about 26 million Afghanis last year and was trying to increase the level of aid last year.
