More than 800 Afghan migrant families have returned to the country from Pakistan and Iran.
The High Commission for Addressing Migrants’ Issues told Bakhtar News Agency that 879 Afghan migrant families, totaling 3,678 individuals who were forcibly deported, have returned through various crossing points including Torkham (Nangarhar), Spin Boldak (Kandahar), Islam Qala (Herat), Abrisham (Nimroz), Angoor Adda (Paktika), Bahramcha (Helmand), and others.

The Commission added that essential services have been provided to these migrants, and after registration and biometric data collection, SIM cards and some cash assistance were distributed. Necessary arrangements were also made for their transportation to their respective provinces
