The Ministry of Justice has stated that the Special Court for addressing cases of seized state lands in the Central Zone has decided, after reviewing documents and evidence, that 12,505 jeribs of land in Ismailkhel and Mandozai districts of Khost province are state-owned.
In a statement, the ministry said the land is located in the Mandozai desert area of Ismailkhel and Mandozai district and is part of a cadastral parcel. The Commission for Preventing Land Grabbing and Recovering Seized Lands had previously investigated this case.
